Dr. Delroy Fredericks

Dr. Delroy Fredericks is a gifted pastor who is well known as a teacher of the Word. Currently, at Jesus Deliverance Mission Int’l Brooklyn (JDMI), he oversees JDMI’s Counseling/Marriage Ministry, Young People Ministry, and Men’s Ministry.
Married for over 14 years, to his beautiful wife, Winnet Fredericks, LMSW, he has a strong desire to see marriages succeed. After completing his Master’s degree (MDiv) at Liberty University in 2014, he went on to pursue his Doctoral degree (DMin), at New York Theologically Seminary. It was there that he developed a marriage enrichment training program for pastors called Hope Conquers Distress. This program covers over eleven problematic areas in marriage, including, communication, conflict resolution, confession and forgiveness, addictions, affairs, and more. The success of that program helped him to develop a “Couples Edition.”
Dr. Fredericks is the founder and president of Hope Conquers Marriage Enrichment, LLC. The mission is three-fold. 1) To equip pastors to become more competent and confidence to help married couples conquer distress for a better marriage. 2) To help married couples navigate difficult seasons in marriage through coaching and enrichment workshops. 3) To prepare couples for marriage through pre-marital coaching.
As a speaker, he is well known for his Hope Conquers Marriage Enrichment Workshops (Pastors' and Couples’ Editions). As a pastoral counselor, and coach, he has motivated numerous couples to work on bettering their marriages. The results are, husbands and wives can now experience peace, joy and love, by learning how to conquer distress in their marriage.
